Hey Wendi | Strategic Business Advisory

By booking a Clarity session, you agree to these terms:

Services Provided

larity session includes:

• One 90-minute diagnostic session conducted via Zoom

• Custom written 90-day roadmap delivered within 7 business days

• One 45-minute roadmap walkthrough session

What's NOT included:

• Implementation of systems or workflows

• Ongoing support beyond the included sessions (available separately)

• Access to paid tools or software (you're responsible for your own subscriptions)

Payment Terms

• Investment: $797 for Clarity session

• Payment required: Before your 90-minute diagnostic session is scheduled

• Payment methods: PayPal, Stripe, invoice or other methods as agreed

• No refunds after the 90-minute diagnostic session has been conducted

Cancellation & Rescheduling

By You:

• Discovery calls can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before with no penalty

• Clarity sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before with no penalty

• Cancellations or reschedules with less notice may result in forfeiture of session

By Us:

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to emergency or illness

• You will be notified immediately and rescheduled at your convenience

• Full refund provided if we cancel before diagnostic session is conducted

Refund Policy

• Before diagnostic session: Full refund available upon request

• After diagnostic session: No refunds (you've received the diagnostic service)

• Roadmap not delivered: Full refund if we fail to deliver your roadmap within 14 business days

• Dissatisfaction with results: We stand behind our work, but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Show up prepared for scheduled sessions

• Provide accurate information about your business operations

• Have necessary tools/systems accessible during diagnostic session (screen share ready)

• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner

• Respect the scheduled time (sessions end at scheduled time regardless of late start)

Confidentiality

We protect your information:

• All business information shared remains confidential

• We may use anonymized case studies for marketing (no identifying details)

• We will never share client-identifiable information without written permission

You protect ours:

• Roadmaps and frameworks created are for your business use only

• Do not share, resell, or redistribute materials without permission

• Intellectual property (frameworks, methodologies, templates) remain property of Hey Wendi

Limitation of Liability

• We provide strategic advisory services, not guaranteed business outcomes

• We are not responsible for implementation results or business performance

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services

• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

No Guarantees

While we provide expert guidance based on 24+ years of operations experience and OBM certification, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific revenue increases

• Time savings or efficiency gains

• That recommended systems will solve all operational challenges

• Implementation success (depends on your execution)

Your results depend on your implementation, follow-through, and business-specific factors.

Scope of Service

Clarity session is diagnostic and strategic advisory only. We:

• Identify what's broken

• Design solutions

• Provide roadmap and guidance

We do NOT:

• Build your systems for you (available separately through implementation partners)

• Manage your projects

• Provide ongoing accountability (available separately through monthly strategy calls)

• Guarantee you'll implement recommendations

Disputes

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa

• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first

• Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Des Moines, Iowa

Independent Contractor

Hey Wendi operates as an independent contractor. This agreement does not create an employer-employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with information provided during booking, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hey Wendi for Clarity session services.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The effective date will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
